This is VEGAN! It really is that simple. There is a lot of videos on YouTube and other places on the internet that are arguing that Veganism is unhealthy. My friends this is absurd. From ancient Greece and earlier until now humans have been living their most healthy lives without animal products. Personally I've been vegan for over 30 years and I KNOW I am as healthy as I am today BECAUSE of my Veganism not in spite of it. Peace
